There’s a new nonprofit startup here in our great Tuolumne County community, and it needs your help!
Hope For Hooters is a nonprofit organization that was just founded in October 2021. It focuses on preventative health care and breast cancer screening. Focused on teaching our youngsters at an earlier age about the tests that can and should be done as well as proper self-checks, making this a subject about which our youngsters can be more open and informed, as knowledge is prevention and prevention will save our future generations!

As a fundraiser, Hope For Hooters is asking for donations of “boutique quality” girls, juniors and women’s clothing and accessories. These items will then become available for purchase by the community in the adorable “mobile shop” planned and launched by the founders.

We will be in the Walmart parking lot this weekend from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We graciously accept donations in the form of shop items or cash donations, both of which will receive eligibility revenue.

All visitors will receive an adorable pink toiletry bag and keyring as a thank you for the local support.

If you are a Tuolumne or Calaveras County nonprofit that does not spend money in other media to publicize your event, please complete the Event Submission Form.
